Welcoming Central Saltaire Home

This 4 bedroom home is in the heart of Saltaire and allows easy access to the bay, the ocean, the center of Saltaire and Village activities.

The main living area is open with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and an abundance of light.  Breezes flow through the many sliders and windows.  Split system air-conditioning, which is throughout,  provides any additional cooling that is needed.  There are two generously sized bedrooms and a full bath with shower behind the living area situated on the main level.  One has a king-sized bed; the other a queen-sized bed and desk.

The upstairs loft provides an additional seating area for relaxation or work.  Two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed; the other a queen, and a powder room are located behind the loft seating.

The deck runs around the house where you may BBQ, dine, relax and shower.  All amenities, including bikes, linens, and kitchenware, are provided.

This house welcomes pets and is inappropriate for allergy sufferers.
