Basic Beach Comfort

This sweet two bedroom cottage has a front screened porch for dining and north deck for grilling and lounging.  The main entrance and deck are alongside a vacant lot; a back walk goes to Bayberry Walk in Fair Harbor, which leads directly to the ocean and provides easy beach access.

The house is easy to maintain and to relax.  The seating is comfortable and cozy.   The kitchen is functional but has no dishwasher.  There is a clothes washer and dryer in the shed.  One bedroom has a full-sized bed; the other has twin (two single) beds.  Both have window air-conditioning units and ceiling fans.  There are showers inside and out.   This is a great vacation retreat.
