It has been updated to optimize your comfort.  Ductless air-units cool and heat the entire house.  The kitchen has sliders to a large back deck.  The living room furniture is cozy and inviting with, in addition to the air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and lots of cross-ventilation.  The dining alcove is perfect for entertaining as well as cozy family dinners.

There is a full bath with shower and two bedrooms behind the open living area.  One of those bedrooms has a full bed; the other has a queen-sized bed and en-suite powder room.   The two bedrooms on the second floor have sliders to a wonderful second floor deck. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bath with shower.   The other second floor bedroom and has twin (two single) beds.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning.
