This lovely home is located in the heart of Saltaire. You are minutes away from the store, the bay, the ocean, the playground and camp.  Perfect.

There is a split-system air-conditioning unit in the living area.  Enjoy the additional seating in the screened porch area.  The newly-renovated bath has a tub and shower.   The outdoor shower and BBQ dining areas are on the spacious back deck.

One bedroom has bunk beds that the owner will, at tenants’ request, take apart to form twin (2 single) or a king-sized bed.  Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed plus a single bed.  The third bedroom has a queen bed.

This is a perfect beach vacation get-away. It is clean, convenient and easy.

The house is available for 14 days between July 1 and August 25, 2023 at $9,000.  Rentals generally run form Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday.  Owner will consider a third week extension, if desired.
