Close to the beach, this house is set on an oversized lot that lends privacy to the home.  There are multiple seating areas and various tables that lend additional areas for work and play.  Enter a gracious TV/sitting room. There are two bedrooms (queen and bunk with full lower bed), a laundry room, and a bath the back of the house at entrance level.  Both baths have new showers.

The main living areas and master bed and bath are on the upper level.  A table with umbrella and seating are on the breezy upper deck.  The renovated living area is comfortable and welcoming.

This is a great choice for a wonderful holiday at the beach.  Note that this house has A/C only in the master and guest bedrooms.
