This beautifully renovated home is breath-taking.  One of the original Fire Island Development Company houses, the gut-renovation by an award-winning designer has brought the cottage firmly into the current century.   The great-room is comprised of a cozy living and dining area with a chef’s kitchen located directly behind the dining table.  The porch at the front of the house provides a quiet additional seating area and cozy table for an afternoon tea or cocktail.   Three bedrooms,  a bath and powder room are set off from the main living areas and run along the south side of the main house.  Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third has a single bed with trundle.  There is a daybed on the porch.

The enclosed back deck offers sun and shade seating.  A fantastic outdoor shower with dressing room joins a guest cottage with queen-sized bed (see last photo) and powder room to the main house.  The location is sheltered and private, but this prime location allows easy access to the bay, the ocean, the camp and the center of the Village.
