This lovely contemporary home is seconds away from the beach. The ocean breezes cool the house during the entire summer. There are multiple decks, each offering different sun and shade options.

The ground-level deck is surrounded by a lovely private garden. Smaller decks on the upper level offer shade and/or sun.

All bedrooms have A/C.   One bedroom has a queen bed; another a full-sized bed; a third has a king-sized bed and the fourth has a bunk bed. This is an up-side-down house.

There are two full baths and the bedrooms on the entrance level floor.  There are two conversation areas, separate dining areas inside and out, the kitchen and a powder room upstairs.   Sorry, owner is unable to accommodate pets
