There is a split-system air-conditioning unit in the living area and additional seating in the front-facing screened porch area.  The bath has a tub and shower.   The newly refurbished outdoor shower, BBQ and dining areas are on a spacious back deck.

One bedroom has bunk beds that the owner will, at tenants’ request, take apart to form twin (2 single) or a king-sized bed.  Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed plus a single bed.  The third bedroom has a queen bed.

This is a perfect beach vacation get-away. It is clean, convenient and easy.
