Secluded Beach Cottage

Get away from it all in this charming beach cottage. The house is cozy for small gatherings, but has ample space for a large group get-together. The cottage is open, breezy and easy to maintain.

Dining is a pleasure inside or out. There are ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and in the open living/dining room.  In addition to the main dining area, there is a small breakfast nook at the back of the house.  Each bedroom has twin (two single) beds that can be put together to form a queen or used separately.  The front porch has a trundle bed and there is an additional day bed in the living room.  The house has split system A/C and Wireless Internet.

Tenant may pay for and  set up their own Direct TV and BBQ, as desired.   TV has an antenna that picks up local stations and has a DVD.
