Sweet Saltaire Cottage

There are several of these delightful 4-bed; 1-bath family homes scattered throughout central Saltaire.  This lovely home is in a prime location, sitting on an ocean access walk just north of Lighthouse.  Although adults are perfectly comfortable in this summer home, it is most divine for those families with young children who can easily bike down to camp or up to the ocean.

The house is on a single level and three of the four bedrooms have ceiling fans and window A/C units.  The bunk bedroom at the front of the house has neither ceiling fan nor A/C, but owner will consider A/C.  The bed configuration has the king-sized master bed with slider to the back deck, two bedrooms with twin (2 single) beds and a bunk bedroom.

The living area is open and easy.  Windows surround the living spaces and a ceiling fan cools the open living area.  The bath has a tub and shower as well as a washer and dryer.  Life at the beach couldn’t be easier.  Available July 29-September 2, 2024.
