The centrally located house is situated on a quiet tree-filled lot that is minutes from the ocean, the playground, and the ferry.

Two bedrooms on the entrance level, including the generously sized primary, have queen sized beds.  The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath while the other queen bedroom has sliders opening onto an enclosed deck.  Another bedroom has a trundle bed and one small bedroom has a lovely single bed.
