This classic bay front Coffey house is perfect for a large family.  In addition to breezes and water views from every room in the house, there is air-conditioning throughout.  Decks with ample seating and dining wrap around the house.   The living room is casual and comfortable.

There is a dining table on the front porch, a full bath and two generously sized bedrooms (queen with powder room and a double and single bed) on the main floor. Another full bath and additional bedrooms (queen, and 2 bedrooms that have both a queen and a single) are upstairs.

Ceiling fans compliment the breezes.
