Enjoy the breezes and proximity to the ocean. This house is located on a tree-filled walk that is convenient to the ocean and the bay. The entire house is cooled and warmed by split system air-conditioning.  The house is up-side-down with the master bedroom suite, with king-sized bed and bath, living area and main deck upstairs.

The bedrooms are generously sized with 1) queen bed 2) king-sized bed and 3) twin (2 single) beds.  The decks are spacious and the furnishings are comfortable.  BBQ, FIOS and Direct TV.  Sorry, pets not welcomed.

Available April 29-May 13, 2024 at $5,000; May 13-27, 2024 at $6,000; July 22-29, 2024 at $7,500; and September 4-21, 2024 at $8,500.
