Summer in Saltaire

Air conditioning has been installed to make this wonderful home more relaxing and enjoyable. The house is around the corner from the playground and field and equidistant to the bay and the ocean beaches.

The traditional house is open with updated kitchen and living spaces. There is a separate enclosed front porch with TV.   There are 4 bedrooms 1.5 baths in the main house.  Of the 4 upstairs bedrooms, one has king-sized bed; another has a full-sized bed.  Two bedrooms have bunk beds and one has both a bunk and a single bed.  There are ceiling fans throughout the home.  A guesthouse with full-sized bed and powder room is a bonus.

There are spacious breezy decks on the north and the south side of the house.  They allow for fine outside dining and relaxation.
