Summer in Saltaire

This wonderful home is fully air-conditioned, relaxing and enjoyable. The house is around the corner from the playground and field; equidistant to the bay and the ocean beaches.

The traditional house is open with updated kitchen and living spaces. There is a separate enclosed front porch with TV.   There are 4 bedrooms 1.5 baths in the main house.  Of the 4 upstairs bedrooms, one has king-sized bed; another has a full-sized bed.  Two bedrooms have bunk beds and one has both a bunk and a single bed.  There are ceiling fans throughout the home.  A guesthouse with full-sized bed and powder room is a bonus.

There are spacious breezy decks on the north and the south side of the house.  They allow for fine outside dining and relaxation.
