This house has three bedrooms and one bath.  An additional unit with a fourth bedroom and bath, reached by an exterior stairway, is upstairs.  Each level is accessed separately, so family members are guaranteed privacy as needed.

On the main floor the bedrooms are the primary which as two singles pushed together to make a king, twin (two singles), and bunk beds.  The upstairs area has another set of twin beds pushed together to make a king.  The home has a central location with easy access to the stores, the bay and the ocean.  You are only minutes away from the nightly gathering at the bay front.

The living area is open, clean and easy with sliders leading to the spacious deck where there is a BBQ, table and loungers.  There is streaming TV, Wireless Internet, bikes and a wagon.  The owner will consider rentals of a minimum two-week period.  A price adjustment will be offered for off-season rentals.  Call Eugenie Meluso 917 841-5865 for additional information.
