There are 1.5 baths and three bedrooms in the main house (one with king-sized bed and two with twin beds which may be pushed together to make a king) and a separate air-conditioned guest cottage (queen-sized bed) with half bath. Each bedroom in the main house leads to a porch. The master bedroom has an en suite powder room and the master bedroom porch is a sitting room with cove views.  The larger upstairs porch at the front of the house serves as a TV and game room.  Bedrooms in the main house will be air-conditioned if requested.  The house is open and the breezes are divine.

The feeling is comfortable and uncluttered. The incredibly well-equipped kitchen is renovated and features quality stainless appliances and soapstone counters. There are hardwood floors throughout.  The house is minutes from the ferry, the playground and the store. There is easy bay and ocean beach access. This is a very special home.

The huge south deck is always breezy and cool.
