Secluded Beach Cottage

Get away from it all in this charming beach cottage. The house is cozy for small gatherings, but has ample space for a large group get-together. The cottage is open, breezy and easy to maintain.

Dining is a pleasure inside or out. There are ceiling fans and window a/c units in bedrooms and split system a/c in the open living/dining room.  In addition to the main dining area, there is a small breakfast nook at the back of the house.  Each bedroom has twin (two single) beds that can be put together to form a queen or used separately.  The front porch has a trundle bed on one end; a day bed on the other side.  The house has Wireless Internet.

Tenant may pay for and  set up their own Direct TV and BBQ, as desired.   TV has an antenna that picks up local stations and has a DVD.
