There is zoned air-conditioning in all rooms, a private deck off of the primary bedroom, internet, TV, 2-way spacious outdoor shower, BBQ, games and bikes.

Of the 4 bedrooms,  two have queen-sized beds and another a full-sized bed.  The forth bedroom has twin (2 single) beds that can, on request, be transformed to a king by pushing them together and adding a topper.  Two bedrooms have ensuite baths, one of which has a tub.
