Enjoy easy clean living in this ocean-side-Saltaire  3 bed 1.5 bath cottage.

The entire home has been beautifully designed to maximize space and comfort.  The bedrooms and the entire living area have split-system A/C units.  On cool breezy days, enjoy the circulating air of the ceiling fans.  Cross-breezes flow through the open living area.  The floors are hardwood and the house is bright.

Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds; one with powder room; the other with slider to back deck.  For the kids there is a bedroom with a bunk and single bed.

There is a shower and small tub in the full bath.  Dine at the table or chat with the chef while perched on the comfortable kitchen island stools.
