Situated on a quiet dead-end walk, this is a fantastic choice for your summer beach holiday.  The house is up-side-down with views of Saltaire’s Clam Pond.  The living areas, cooled by ductless A/C, are gracious and comfortable and the tranquil screened porch seating is an additional bonus.  There is a powder room off of the upper hallway.  The kitchen has been upgraded and is fully equipped.  The master bedroom with king-sized bed and en suite bath has a through-the-wall A/C unit and there are ceiling fans throughout the house.

At the entrance level there are three additional bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with twin (2 single) beds. Each bedroom is cooled by a ceiling fan.   There is a full bath and a separate laundry room on this floor.

This fantastic house is available July 16-30, 2023.  Your family will be in Paradise.  Sorry, pets are not welcomed.
