Summertime Holiday Home

Located on a quiet walk just back from the bay, this house is comfortable and easy to maintain.  There are four bedrooms (2 up and 2 down), two baths and two seating areas.  The house is traditional with the main living areas on the entrance level.  There is a rattan seating area upstairs.  The upper decks are breezy with lovely sunset and bay views.

One upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the other has a king-sized bed.  The upstairs bath has a shower and tub.  There are two additional bedrooms off of the living area on the main floor, one with a queen bed; the other with a trundle bed.   Two of the bedrooms have window A/C units.  The bath on this floor has a shower, but it is used as a powder room.  The outdoor shower is divine and, in addition to a deck table, there is comfortable shaded seating.

The house offers BBQ, bikes and Wireless Internet, but there is no TV service.
