Spacious and Gracious

You will love your beach holiday in this spacious and gracious home!  The house is situated in the heart of Saltaire, but is private and serene with an expansive living area opening onto a sprawling breezy deck.

In the interior, two bedrooms, (1) a master with a king-sized bed with en suite bath, (2) a bedroom with twin (two single) beds and an additional full-sized bath are situated off of the living room on the entrance level of the house.  The living room is enhances relaxation and expands to a screened porch that is tucked into the front of the house.  The eat-in kitchen, with banquettes on either end, has been re-done.  Nothing is quite as wonderfully old-fashioned as sitting in the kitchen and chatting with the chef.  Sliders lead directly from the kitchen to the expansive deck.

Upstairs are a powder room and three additional bedrooms, (3) one is a child’s paradise with 4 single beds.  Another has a (4) trundle bed and the other has a (5) queen-sized bed.  Please note that the house has ceiling fans but no air-conditioning.
