This lovely-renovated cottage is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the comforts of summer at the beach. The house is conveniently located near the bay, the Yacht Club and the ferry. The open living area is filled with light and breezes.  There is a lovely screened porch off of the living room.  A deck outside of the kitchen has dining and BBQ.

Bedrooms:  (1) queen (2) full (3) single bed with powder room (4) twin (2 single) beds.  Bath has shower in addition to the outdoor shower.
