Have a marvelous summer holiday in this beautifully appointed home in central Saltaire.  Here you are a short block from the field, the playground and the bay beach.  The trip to the store, the ferry and the ocean is quick and easy.  The house is fully equipped.  It is an open breezy up-side-down house with a large L-shaped living area off of which is master bedroom with king-sized bed and full bath that can be closed off to create an en suite master bedroom.    The open living and dining area has sliders that lead to a spacious deck.  The deck wraps around the upper level where there is a BBQ, outdoor tables and comfortable sun and shade deck seating.

There is direct TV and Wireless Internet.  The house is air-conditioned throughout.

At the entrance level there are three additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a spacious laundry room.  On this level, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed, another has twin (two single) beds and a third has two singles and a bunk bed.  The lower deck has ample room for storing bikes, toys, and wagons.  The house sits on a large lot surrounded by foliage.  Enjoy a special Saltaire beach holiday in this welcoming home.  Available for a four week period June 28-July 26, 2024.
