This renovated bay front classic home is now available for your spectacular summer rental.  Beach living is easy whether relaxing on the sunny decks or enjoying a shaded break.  Stroll to the water and enjoy the bay breezes or go for a bay swim.  Read, play games or catch up on the day’s activities while lounging in the comfortable living room or on the breezy screened porch.  There is a formal dining room and a smaller table in the newly renovated kitchen.  There are ductless air conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout the house.

Two bedrooms are on the entrance level, one has a queen-sized bed and cove views; the other has twin beds and a slider to the front deck with bay views.  The front bedroom on the second floor overlooks the bay and has a queen bed and bay view desk.  At the back of the house upstairs is a bedroom with cove view and three single beds.

The house is fully equipped (Wireless Internet, A/C, BBQ, bikes, wagon) and lovingly cared-for.
