Charming Cottage with Guest House

This centrally located cottage is charming, comfortable and easy.  The three-bedroom main house offers an open living space plus a comfortable and private front porch.

The bed configuration in the main house includes two rooms, each with a bunk bed off of the living room.  A third bedroom with queen bed is off of the porch.

The guesthouse is situated on the spacious deck and has a queen-sized bed and a powder room.  There are three window A/C units available for your use.

Sun and shade areas of the deck permit relaxing in the breezes whether sunning or simply enjoying the outdoors.

The house has Wireless Internet and propane BBQ; sorry, no satellite TV.  Available August 20- September 5, 2022  This is two weeks with three weekends, including the holiday for only $12,500.  This is a FANTASTIC time period for and end-of-season holiday!  Owner will consider starting earlier in August and extending the rental period into the fall.
